Abd Jessry is a humanitarian professional with over a decade of experience in humanitarian response, coordination, and advocacy within the Syrian context and across the MENA region.

He has played a leading role in advancing humanitarian coordination and response in complex crisis settings, working closely with civil society actors and key stakeholders to strengthen the effectiveness of coordination and response. He has also contributed to founding and coordinating several local and regional networks, promoting collaboration and advancing refugee-led approaches.

Abd has represented refugees and internally displaced persons in humanitarian decision-making spaces, participating in international conferences and high-level forums, helping ensure that refugee voices are reflected in humanitarian responses while contributing to shaping priorities and directions within the humanitarian sector.

His work focuses on building impactful networks, amplifying refugee voices, and leading advocacy efforts at the regional and international levels. He combines extensive field experience in crisis response and camp management with strategic leadership and is committed to advancing rights-based, refugee-led solutions.

Sabrin Alkhello

Administrative & Coordination Assistant, MENA Refugee Network (MRN)

Sabrin Alkhello is an administrative and coordination professional with experience in volunteer and field-based work within the Syrian context, focusing on organising community activities and strengthening team coordination.

She has contributed to community and humanitarian initiatives, supporting activity organisation, logistical coordination, and protection-related distribution processes, helping improve operational efficiency and workflow organisation. She has also gained experience in direct engagement with beneficiaries and working within team-based environments.

In addition, she brings experience in managing daily operations and customer interaction, strengthening her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.

Her work focuses on supporting administrative and coordination functions efficiently, contributing to well-structured operations that enable effective and organised delivery of humanitarian activities.

Mouhmmad Nour Al-Najjar

Communications & Media Officer, MENA Refugee Network (MRN)

Mouhmmad Nour Al-Najjar is a media and community engagement professional with experience in field-based work and media production within the Syrian context, focusing on supporting community initiatives and strengthening communication with affected populations.

He has contributed to community outreach, data collection, and needs assessment through his involvement in development and humanitarian initiatives, helping strengthen the understanding of local contexts and community needs. He has also taken on field roles, including team coordination, activity planning, and program implementation.

In the media field, he has experience in digital content management and documentation of activities, including photography, video production, and social media management, contributing to amplifying humanitarian messaging and strengthening the visibility of community initiatives.

His work focuses on leveraging media and communication as tools for impact, enhancing the visibility of affected communities, and supporting humanitarian efforts through effective communication.
